The BAF applicable for the month of August 2008 will be USD 675.00 per TEU/USD 33.75 W/M LCL.
To/From the UK, North West Continent, Scandinavia and Baltic Sea Region:
The BAF applicable for the month of August 2008 will be USD 675.00 per TEU/USD 33.75 W/M LCL plus additional USD 12.00 per TEU/USD 0.60 W/M Low Sulphur Fuel Surcharge.
Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF)
The CAF applicable for the month of August 2008 will be
